Orders are shipped worldwide from Japan. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. Please note that shipping charges do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees in the destination country. If applicable, these fees will be assessed upon delivery. Shipping times vary depending on your location and other conditions such as customs delays, but it usually takes 2-4 weeks to arrive in most parts of the world. Every order is personally processed and checked by me, and tracking information will be emailed to you once your package is shipped. If you haven't received tracking information after 4 weeks, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Orders from outside Japan can be paid using PayPal or Amazon Pay.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are faulty. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding any lost or damaged items.
